What temperature range does the film withstand?
Our heat-resistant film maintains stable performance from -30°C to 250°C for continuous exposure. Short-duration spikes to 300°C are tolerated without significant degradation. The film does not become brittle or delaminate within this range.
What is the film made from?
Base film: PET (polyethylene terephthalate) with a silicone-based thermally stable adhesive. Optional formulations include polyimide (PI) film for extreme high-temperature applications above 250°C.
Will it leave residue after high-temperature exposure?
No. The silicone adhesive is engineered to remain removable even after multiple thermal cycles. Residue-free peel is guaranteed after standard operating temperature exposure. Extreme conditions above 300°C may reduce clean-peel performance.
Can it be custom-printed?
Yes. Heat-stable inks are used for print applications. Printing capabilities include process identification, batch numbering, and warning marks.
